Welcome to My Blog!
Looking back, it’s clear that I Did Not Learn Everything I Ever Needed to Know in Kindergarten. The only thing I learned in kindergarten is that the teacher didn't take kindly to kids who peed on their carpet square. My education in how to get along with my fellow human beings began in earnest a bit later and, frankly, continues to this day. But after fifty-plus years on this planet, I've collected plenty of coping strategies that may make me look wiser than I am. This could explain why, when it comes to advice, I’m rarely on the receiving end anymore, but often in the role of “doling out.” I’m more than happy to oblige. I even take my own advice on occasion. Thus, my new blog, with the immensely creative title, “Stuff I’ve Learned.”
If you are kind enough to follow me, I want you to know that I am already so filled with gratitude that I would give you the cell phone numbers of my favorite babysitters if I still hired babysitters. If I baked, I'd give you a prized, secret family recipe. I would. Instead, I offer these choice morsels. I hope they’ll do. And I hope that this blog becomes a living, breathing, sharable thing, in which you’ll impart your wise “stuff” on me and other followers.
Please send your gems to me at: gail@gailrosenblum.com. Please spread the word about my blog. And please come back early and often.
Yours,
Gail
